A guide walks you through Triana Market — the city's most beloved food hall, in the heart of Seville's most authentic neighbourhood. You'll explore the stalls, meet the vendors, and learn what makes Andalusian ingredients different before you cook a single thing. Then it's straight into our kitchen, where a professional chef leads a fully hands-on, collaborative class. This is not a demonstration — everyone participates, cooks together, and takes part throughout. Sangría is served throughout the cooking session. When you sit down to eat, two additional drinks per person are included, with a choice of white or red wine, beer, or soft drinks. You'll leave with the recipes to recreate them at home. English only · Suitable for all levels · Suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. Please inform us in advance so we can adapt the menu accordingly.
Once you enter the market, head to the aisle closest to the river. Our cooking school, located at stalls 75–77, will be the meeting point.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
