With skip-the-line access, go past the queue and your eyes will likely be drawn to the towering columns that seem to reach towards the heavens. These columns, designed to resemble the trunks of ancient trees, create a mesmerizing forest-like atmosphere within the basilica. Throughout your journey, let the expert Catalan guide enlighten you with the history, architectural insights, and fascinating anecdotes.

Pay homage to the artist

Take a moment to stand before the facades that adorn the exterior, each one a masterpiece in its own right, depicting scenes from the Bible with breathtaking detail and symbolism. From the Nativity Facade, where the story of Christ's birth unfolds before your eyes, to the poignant Passion Facade, a testament to sacrifice and redemption, every corner of the basilica offers a glimpse into the vision of Antoni Gaudí. Explore the chapels dedicated to different saints, descend into the crypt to pay homage to Antoni Gaudí, and visit the sacristy to see religious artifacts. See the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament for quiet contemplation, the Chapel of the Baptismal Font for baptisms, and the Chapel of Saint Joseph honoring Jesus' earthly father.
