A singular culinary experience, Edible Other is a Supper Club dedicated to exploring the global, French-tinged flavours that make Montreal food culture so special. Each dish is personally cooked and narrated by a Michelin-trained Chef, telling the story of Quebec as inspired by its rich immigrant communities. No more than 15 diners in any seating unless a private or corporate booking. Diners can also enjoy historic 1800's architecture in the kitchen loft space. All food allergies, religious needs, and dislikes are accommodated.
It is a 5-course menu cooked by an award-winning Chef, Writer, and Creative Director (Travel+Leisure, Wallpaper*/Phaidon; Fullerton Hotel Singapore, etc.). Combining the best parts of home cooking with market-fresh ingredients, the 5 course menu tells the story of Montreal's historic immigrant communities through food, with a hyper-seasonal menu whose vegetables and proteins change with each market visit. It takes place in an historic 1800's loft in Montreal's Old Port and can also be paired with walking food tours and cooking classes on request. The Chef cooks every dish and dinners are capped at 12 people (unless private). Larger corporate, team, and private bookings are available.
Buzzing and exact directions sent the day off for safety, but within 2-minute walk of the pin. Look forward to cooking for you!
