This area, one of the first to develop thanks to its fertile lands, sailing, and springs, was key to the island's beginnings. However, with the transfer of water to the valley and the construction of galleries to supply the regions with better climates, Gafaría began a slow process of depopulation, becoming a refuge for wildlife and silence.
On our route, we will not only explore stunning and little-traveled landscapes, but we will also immerse ourselves in the essence of ancient life on La Palma. We will feel the connection with the elements, the effort of those who inhabited these lands, and the immensity of an environment where time seems to have stood still.
A unique experience to walk, feel, and rediscover La Palma in its purest form.
