- Dive on a living reef with barracuda, rays, moray eels, and octopus - Reach 12 meters depth on your first ever dive – no experience needed - Full briefing and pool training before you enter the sea - Certified PADI instructor with you throughout the entire dive - Visibility regularly over 20 meters in crystal-clear Atlantic water - Year-round diving from a beachside center in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
No experience. A real dive on a living reef, guided by a certified PADI instructor from start to finish. This is not a surface snorkel or a quick dip. You will receive a full theory and safety briefing, practise breathing underwater in a pool, then board a boat for a genuine open water dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres. Dive time in the water is approximately 35 minutes. The reef sits just three minutes from your dive centre by boat and is one of the most productive dive sites in the south of Lanzarote. Expect dense schools of barracuda, rays on the sandy bottom, octopus in the rocks, moray eels, and cuttlefish. Visibility regularly exceeds 20 metres. In season, angel sharks are spotted here too. Lanzarote's waters around Playa Blanca are warm, calm, and clear year-round — water temperature ranges from 18°C in winter to 24°C in summer — making this one of the best places in Europe to experience scuba diving for the first time. Minimum age: 10 years. No certificate required. The ability to swim comfortably and reasonable general health are all that's needed.
