Sea Kayaking and Beach Clean up in Ojika Island Nagasaki

Traveling to Ojika Island you expect to see beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear sea waters. The disappointment comes when you realize that the natural beauty of Ojika’s coast is covered in trash, washed ashore from China, Korea, and mainland Japan. Guests can help us tackle the problem by taking part in a unique activity that combines sea kayaking and beach clean-up. We will kayak to a remote beach that cannot be reached on foot. There, we will try to clean up as much of the sea debris as possible and bring it back to the public beach where it can be disposed of.
