Saga Sea Bream Set "Kirameki"

The first dish features nine dishes — appetizer, “Yuki-no-Oto Tofu,” small chawanmushi , Nimono(simmered vegetable), sashimi, two chef’s choice dishes and Grilled Eel. And for the second dish, you can choose one type of sea bream rice from three varieties. A glass of Japanese sake from a Saga sake brewery is included as an aperitif. Enhanced with Saga beef and grilled eel, this special set highlights the essence of Japanese regional cuisine and it is loved by guests from abroad. Second Dish Select one dish from the following three types of “Tai-meshi”(sea bream rice) Thinly sliced sea bream with dashi broth and egg yolk(Uwajima style) Rice bowl with shrimp and sea bream Tempura Arita Donabe rice cooked in sea bream bone dashi broth ※Donabe is a traditional Japanese clay pot [Groups of 10 or more guests] We will serve sea bream sashimi. The second dish will not be selectable. Sea bream rice cooked in a large Donabe pot will be prepared for the group. Duration: Approximately 100-120 minutes. The total duration may change if you enjoy Japanese Sake with you meal.
