During this two-hour experience, your expert pasta chef will guide you through the artisan techniques and timeless traditions of "pasta fatta a mano"—handmade pasta passed down through generations in Italy. You'll learn to make either pasta bianca (flour and water pasta) or pasta all'uovo (egg and flour pasta), crafting a classic shape such as tagliatelle, malloreddus, orecchiette, or even filled pasta such as tortellini, depending on the chef's choice for the day.
