Mozzarella Experience - Cheese Tasting Tour at Masseria Fragnite

Visit of the milking room. All surrounded by the Fragni forest where animals are free to enter and live in freedom. Entrance to the Dairy with explanation of the production technologies of Mozzarella Vaccina, Burrata, Stracciatella and other typical Apulian cheeses. Master Cheesemaker will show the great manual skills and experience behind our entire supply chain. In the tasting, according to availability and tastes of the visitor, will be offered: Dairy products and cheeses: Mozzarella, Stracciatella or Burratina, Canestrato Pugliese, Caciocavallo and Giuncata or Ricotta. + jams or mustards; Cold cuts: Capocollo, or Bacon and Salami. Baked goods: Focaccia with tomato sauce, Taralli or homemade bread and frise with oil. Typical products: Fresh vegetables according to seasonal availability.
