Our private gastronomic journey commences at the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid at either 1 PM or 7:00 PM, where your expert host will welcome you to the capital and provide an insightful overview of the culinary experiences awaiting you.

Following our meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel, we will proceed to our inaugural destination: a distinguished 19th-century Madrid establishment. Founded in 1836, this venerable restaurant historically served as a premier gathering place for the era's aristocracy, royalty, and prominent political figures. During our visit, I will share the rich history of the venue alongside captivating historical anecdotes. Here, we will sample their signature consommé, as well as their renowned croquettes and puff pastries, all meticulously paired with a selection of premium white or red wine.

After enjoying the local gastronomy and wine at our first stop, we made our way back to Puerta del Sol. In this section, I will guide you through this stunning square, exploring its rich history and the iconic symbols that define it.

During our gastronomic tour we will visit iconic places in the city, such as Calle Mayor, Plaza Mayor, here I will give you a brief summary of the history of the Plaza, the most important Plaza in Madrid.

En route to our next destination, we will stop at Plaza de la Villa, one of Madrid’s most picturesque squares, where I will share a brief overview of its history. We will also pass by the world's oldest restaurant to discover the fascinating heritage behind this iconic landmark.

Our second stop brings us to another landmark Madrid establishment. Here, guests will enjoy a curated selection of gourmet dishes and premium wines, hosted either in the restaurant’s historic cellar or on the terrace overlooking the Royal Palace.

We will conclude the tour at a classic restaurant featuring spectacular views of the Royal Palace, enjoying their gourmet cuisine, fine wines, and desserts.
