Taisho Pond is a volcanic lake formed by the volcanic eruption of Yakidake in 1915. The "dry trees" in the lake will present different dreamy scenery depending on the season and time.
From the bridge, you can overlook the Hondaka Mountain Range, Yakidake, and the water of the Azusagawa River. The May long holiday, summer vacation, and red leaf season attract many tourists from Japan and abroad.
