What to expect

Enter the historic Royal Stables, established during the reign of King Philip II to develop what became the Purebred Spanish, or Andalusian, horse. Take your seat in the adapted performance arena and settle in for Pasión y Duende del Caballo Andaluz, an approximately 70-minute production centered on Spanish horsemanship. Watch horses and riders move through several schools of Spanish equitation, from precise dressage exercises to routines inspired by traditional countryside riding. Flamenco dancers enter the arena during selected sequences, matching their footwork and movement with the horses’ controlled steps and the rhythm of the music.
