You will be taught by a multi-award winning Chef who specialises in Indian/European fusion. Where possible you will be using fresh seasonal produce. You will discover the stories behind each dish you make and it's origins. The techniques you will learn are repeatable at home as no specialist equipment is needed. You will be given the printed recipes to take away with you. There are alternative cooking classes should you require a vegetarian or vegan option. After completing this class you should be able to use spices & Indian herbs in your everyday cooking effectively. The techniques you learn in this course can be applied across a variety of recipes and can also be used to enhance European dishes. The class is designed by both beginners as well as experienced cooks: The day will begin with welcome refreshments in the Cook's Tale Restaurant.
