We start at the end—dessert first! Following traditional Tuscan recipes, you’ll bake a perfect traditional Tuscan dessert! Next, it’s bruschetta time! Create three delicious variations using only fresh, seasonal vegetables. Finally, master the art of handmade pasta, crafting Pici and Ricotta Gnocchi paired with two different seasonal sauces.
