Getting settled

Once you clear passport control and enter the airside International Departures area, head toward the East Concourse in Terminal 1. The lounge is located on the 4th floor, so you can take the escalator or elevator up one level and find the entrance to the lounge opposite Gate 115. Present your valid ID, booking, and same-day boarding pass to begin your stay.

• A valid photo ID matching the booking name is required to enter the lounge.

• Also, carry your same-day boarding pass with you.

• The lounge is situated in the Departures Area, so you’ll need to complete passport control and security checks before entering the lounge.

• There is no strict dress code to be followed for entry.
