A day trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius is a fantastic way to explore the ruins of this ancient Roman city and volcano in a single day. You'll be taken by private vehicle from Sorrento to Pompeii, where you can wander the site at your own pace before continuing to Vesuvius for lunch at an authentic Italian restaurant and then exploring the volcano's ruins at your leisure.

Here, you will enjoy a 2.5 hours guided tour with a professional guide.

Then, you will continue your trip to Mount Vesuvius only with your private driver. Once there, you will enjoy a group tour with a local guide provided by the place (external guides are not allowed).

Finally, your private driver will take you back to your starting point in Sorrento.
