The lesson is accessible to everyone, even those who have no experience. You will be accompanied throughout the process: from the preparation of the dough to the traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation. During the course you can enjoy drinks included such as wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Once the pasta is ready, you will sit down for a tasting: it will be cooked by the instructors and served with typical Sardinian sauces, along with a small appetizer and a traditional local dessert, to offer you a complete and authentic culinary experience.
