Meet Your Hosts: Mune & Hitomi We are a friendly local couple fluent in English. Mune is a tourism expert (MSc, Univ. of Glasgow) and Hitomi is a folk art lover. We welcome you not as students, but as friends visiting our home. 2. Make 3 Styles of Onigiri In our cozy kitchen, learn the art of shaping and seasoning Japan’s soul food. You will make: ・Traditional: Classic Onigiri ・Typical: Popular Onigiri ・Innovative: Create your own one-of-a-kind original 3.
