The tour departs from Santa Lucia Railway Station 30 minutes before the departure in San Marco. Please exchange your voucher at the Railway Station inside the INFO POINT ticket office ( ALILAGUNA DESK) outside the station, at the corner of the Scalzi church 15 minutes before the departure

Alilaguna ticket office is located at San Marco Giardinetti vaporetto stop, next to the Royal Gardens. Please don't look for Alilaguna office on Google maps. Strictly requested to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure of the tour.
