Begin your journey at Horikiri Pass, one of Miyazaki's most famous coastal viewpoints. Board a local boat for a short cruise across the bay to Monkey Island. Home to a large population of wild Japanese macaques, the island offers a rare opportunity to walk among monkeys living freely in their natural habitat. Observe their behaviour up close and capture memorable photographs during this unique wildlife experience.

Step back in time as you explore the historic samurai district of Obi. Wander through beautifully preserved streets lined with traditional architecture, visit the castle grounds, and discover why Obi is often referred to as the "Little Kyoto of Kyushu."

Watch the wild horses grazing across the hills while enjoying sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Visit the historic Cape Toi Lighthouse, located at the southern tip of the peninsula.
