Making Zunda-mochi Experience, Japanese's mother cooking class

In Sendai, the largest city in Tohoku region. This tour provided the experience of cooking Zenda-mochi class at local mother's home. What is Zunda-mochi? -“It is a famous specialty of Miyagi Prefecture and the Tohoku region. The paste is made by boiling, mashing, and sweetening young green soybeans (edamame). It has a unique, slightly chunky texture and a refreshing sweetness.
