Kayaking in Machonico Lakes on the Siete Lagos Trail

Once in Machonico Lake, we will start the navigation crossing this lake that appears between the mountains and displays calm waters of a dark blue color to reach the mouth of a channel into which we will enter. It is not very wide, only about 30 mts. However, during the half hour it will take us to get out of the other end we will be able to enjoy an incredible contact with the Andean Forest since it is a paradisiacal scenery of absolutely transparent waters and of an emerald hue. At the end of this channel, we will arrive at Lake Pichi Machonico. It is a small lake immersed in a forest surrounded by mountains with waterfalls and caves that form the center of the Andes Mountains. We will enjoy the deep silence and the smell of nature while having a delicious snack. After recharging our batteries, we will return in our kayaks to Machonico Lake where our transportation will be waiting to drop us off at our lodging.
