Half-Day Kuza Cave Swimming Adventure and Cooking Class

Swim in the crystal clear cave water. Enjoy the peaceful jungle. See archaeological artefacts from the cave and a timeline of Swahili history going back to the beginning of our story as humans originating in East Africa. 11:30 am - Lunch Cook and eat with us! Join us in the open-plan kitchen. Learn how to gently blend Zanzibar spices and make fresh coconut milk to use with rice or to make mchuzi (sauce). We are a social enterprise support local artists and musicians who often drop in for an afternoon of traditional African drumming and dancing.
