Florence pasta-making class

Giorgio swapped philosophy for the kitchen, transforming the ground floor of his Oltrarno home – once an artisan workshop – into a professional cooking space where this class takes place. You'll gather around the table with a small group to make pasta the traditional Italian way: by hand, with quality ingredients and expert guidance. You'll create two types of pasta from scratch and tiramisu, then sit down to enjoy everything together with unlimited Tuscan wine flowing throughout.Giorgio's approach goes beyond technique, focusing on sustainable, seasonal ingredients rooted in Tuscan tradition with a willingness to explore beyond regional boundaries.Perfect for families, friends, solo travellers or team-building groups, this hands-on class suits everyone. The authentic Oltrarno neighbourhood awaits just outside when you're finished.
