Cooking Class in Soverato with Local Point of Sale Visit

Live an authentic experience in the heart of Calabrian gastronomic tradition, tasting the real cuisine Italian, recognized as a UNESCO Intangible World Heritage Site. The activity begins with a walk to the local Point of Sale, where you will learn to recognize the typical products of the area and you will personally choose the fresh ingredients together with the host. After the Point of Sale, move to the kitchen for a traditional cooking class, during which we will prepare traditional Calabrian dishes using the ingredients purchased. During the course you will discover recipes, techniques and curiosities related to Calabrian cuisine, handed down by generation after generation. At the end, you can enjoy the dishes prepared, accompanied by local wine, in a convivial atmosphere. Throughout the experience you will be guided by an Expert local host.
