Bits of History - Half day kayak Tour with Wine delight

There, you'll get your equipment - a life jacket, dry bag, and a sit-in single or double kayak. We'll give a safety briefing and, if you're new to kayaking, a short paddling lesson before we set off. From there, we take you through history while staying active in nature and the sea. We paddle out to three small islands facing Lumbarda and Korčula: Vrnik, Badija, and Gubavac. On Vrnik, we explore the island's old limestone quarries - worked for centuries and still part of local tradition today. We will also walk through the village and hear the stories about the island. On Badija, we will walk around a 15th-century Franciscan monastery with a turbulent past that still holds its beauty. Here we will also have a chance to meet deers that roam freely. On Gubavac, we slow down: swimming, relaxing, and tasting our homemade Klašun pastries and famous white wine Grk. This island isn't reached by taxi boats or big tour groups, so it stays quiet, perfect for relaxing. In total, you'll paddle around 2 hours, with the rest spent exploring on land, swimming, and relaxing.
