Alaska Whale Watching Cruise: 3 Hours on the Water

When you book, please let us know the specific cruise ship name (not just the cruise line). Juneau has five docks, and we meet guests at their ship’s dock. We must have this information ahead of time so we can place a representative at the correct location. Thank you—this helps everything run smoothly on the day of your tour.

Cruise ship pick-up Instructions: • We pick up directly from YOUR cruise ship dock in Juneau. No need to walk into town (or take a shuttle)! • The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag holding a blue “Harv and Marv's” sign OR and orange “Alaska Galore Tours” sign.. • Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk in front of your ship on the dock. • DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM - stay at your ships gangway. • Meeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time. If you cannot locate your representative, stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff.

Drop off point is the same as your pick up point. No other drop off locations can be accomodated. Any changes to your pick up location must be handled at least 24 hours in advance, and the tour provider must be contacted.

If NOT arriving on a cruise ship, please contact us directly for options. We are happy to offer instructions on meeting us directly at our dock (Statter Harbor) or another central meeting location.
