Wheelchair access: Wheelchair access is available onboard the train. Platforms are plowed, but some stops are remote drop-off areas where temperatures can reach -40°F. Guests using wheelchairs should arrange assistance at their destination before travelling.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all train cars.
Seating: Your ticket includes a reserved Adventure Class seat in a single-level railcar with forward-facing reclining seats, ample legroom, and storage space.
Boarding details: Refer to your booking confirmation for the relevant check-in and boarding instructions for your departure station.
Baggage: Checked baggage service is available only at the Anchorage, Talkeetna, and Fairbanks depots. At other stops, the onboard conductor and supervisor assist with luggage and boarding.
Dining: Dining cars are available on all Alaska Railroad trains except the Hurricane Turn Train. Meals and beverages can be purchased separately and are not included in your ticket.
