As per tradition, the shepherd and his family will prepare the boiled sheep and the roast suckling pig ("Su Porcheddu") which we will accompany with the famous Cannonau wine and the "Filu 'e Ferru" (Sardinian brandy) to finish the our hearty meal with a nice portion of a memorable pecorino cheese.
