Transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Mikumi. Upon arrival at Mikumi airstrip, meet your private safari guide and 4x4 safari vehicle and start your exciting game drive in Mikumi National Park. Spend the day exploring the park and searching for Africa’s iconic wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, impalas, warthogs and lions, depending on wildlife movements and season. Enjoy lunch during the safari before continuing with afternoon game viewing. After the game drive, check in at Double G Hotel, a comfortable 3-star hotel in Mikumi, for dinner and overnight stay. Optional Night Game Drive: For guests looking for an extra adventure, an optional night game drive can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to park regulations and availability. Return for breakfast, then continue to an authentic Maasai Boma for a fascinating cultural experience. Learn about Maasai traditions, customs and their relationship with the surrounding environment. After the Maasai cultural experience, enjoy lunch before heading back into the park for your final afternoon game drive. Later, transfer to the Mikumi airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar.
