Today, we begin your tour at Uhud Mountain, where the great Battle of Uhud took place and seventy companions, including Hamza ibn Abdul Muttalib (RA), were martyred. Next, we visit Bani Haritha Mosque (Masjid Al-Mustarah), where the Prophet (SAW) once rested after the battle. Then we head to Masjid Al Dira, where the Prophet (SAW) wore his armour in preparation for battle. Our first stop is Al Rawha Well, once bitter until Prophet Muhammad (SAW) blessed it, making its water sweet forever. Next, we visit Masjid al-Ghazalah, where the Prophet (SAW) and Sahabah prayed enroute to Badr. Then to Jabal al Malaika near Katheeb al-Hannan, where angels descended to aid the Muslims. Lunch on your own. We continue to the Badr Battlefield, site of Islam’s first great victory with 313 Muslims defeating 1,000 Quraysh by Allah’s help.
