The site is accessed via s short 1km walk through giant Mountain Ash forest, which will lead you to a large rocky outcrop. On a clear day you can see all the way out to Western Port Bay and Port Phillip Bay. In this adventure you’ll put your skills to the test as you lean out over the edge and make your own way down some of the longest and more technical cliffs in the Upper Yarra Valley. Our guides will provide you with all the necessary gear for the activity including a harness and helmet, will run you through a safety briefing and demonstrate correct abseiling techniques. You’ll then commence the activity progressing from easier cliffs to more challenging ones. This site offers abseils ranging from 18m – 50m. If you really get the hang of it, you might even want to try facing forwards off the cliff. Now that’ll really spice things up!
