The Honrado Vineyards winemaking experience is distinguished by allowing direct participation in the most authentic and decisive moment of this millennial tradition. Rather than an industrial harvest, the activity focuses on the practical experience of the handicraft methods of Roman heritage, from grape harvesting to its preparation for fermentation in clay pots. Designed tailor-made in Villa de Frades, it offers a real immersion in the work of the field and the cellar, connecting participants to the ancestral knowledge of the Honrado family and the living essence of the Alentejo.
During the day you will experience the various steps necessary for the production of Talha Wine. You will also have the opportunity to interact with local workers, learn the stories they have to tell and thus immerse yourself in the world of ancestral wine.
