The Alentejo Gastronomy experience of Honrado Vineyards is distinguished by the perfect harmonization between the authentic and traditional flavors of the region and its millennial Vinho de Talha. Rather than just a meal, this activity provides a true sensory and cultural journey, closely linked to the roots of the family and its iconic restaurant, O País das Uvas. Designed tailor-made and lived in the historic environment of the Adega-Museu Cella Vinaria Antiqua, in Villa de Frades, the experience unites the richness of typical Alentejo cuisine with ancestral knowledge of vinification in clay pots, celebrating the purest identity of the Alentejo to the table.
