Getting started

Arrive at the seaplane terminal in Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver, at least 40 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in. Large bags aren’t permitted onboard, but complimentary luggage storage is available at the terminal during your tour. After check-in, meet your pilot for a safety orientation before boarding the seaplane. Once everyone is ready, the aircraft taxis across Coal Harbour and takes off from the water.
