Follow clear demonstrations as you make 10 pieces: tuna and salmon nigiri, vegetable sushi, traditional inari sushi and a tuna roll. As each piece is finished, arrange it in your handcrafted wooden bento box. Play with colors, shapes and placement as the empty box gradually becomes your own beautiful sushi bento. Along the way, enjoy a surprise encounter with real fresh wasabi. Hold it, grate it yourself and discover its fresh aroma and delicate heat. When making the tuna roll, you'll also use an authentic Japanese knife. Once your bento is complete, take photos while our staff capture natural moments during the class.
