This comprehensive experience is meticulously structured into focused coaching phases : Elite Sand Training (1h) : Ocean safety analysis, wave-reading mechanics, and intensive dry-land biomechanics to master the pop-up. First Water Session (1h): Guided entry into the lineup with real-time feedback. Recovery Break (20 min): Tactical performance review and muscle rest on the beach. Second Water Session (1h): Consolidating technical adjustments and muscle memory.
