Combining food, culture, and local traditions, this experience is perfect for travelers seeking an authentic taste of Seville. No cooking experience is necessary. What you'll cook — and eat: Salmorejo or gazpacho — Andalusia's iconic cold soup Spinach with chickpeas — a Seville staple; Alternatively flamenco eggs, or cod fritters or garlic prawns Paella valenciana, the traditional one with chicken and vegetables — cooked together, eaten together A light dessert: lemon sorbet with cava Homemade sangría while you cook. The meeting point is INSIDE Triana Market, at stalls 75–77. In the evening, go to Calle Callao and look for Bodega Bar Callao. Next to the bar is the market entrance. Enter the market and head to the last aisle on the left. You’ll find us at stalls 75–77.
