He begins to produce the good quality, bottled and labelled (then Ο.P.Α.P) wine “SANTORINI”. 2004:Artemis oversees the renewal of the old vineyard. He plants rare traditional Santorini varieties of grape such as Assyrtiko, Aidani and Mavrotragano.
