What you'll do

The event will open with the description of the Cascina San Mauro, dating back to the nineteenth century
In the nineteenth-century courtyard you can observe an exhibition of tractors and vintage motorcycles. We will then dive into the peasant world, talking about the various processes that follow one another in the vineyard, then move on to winemaking. The descent into the barrel room will follow, to discover the woods and the most ancient wine-making practices for resting wines, handed down from generation to generation.
