Private Transfer from Asahikawa Airport to Furano

Please provide the lead traveler’s full name, flight number, arrival date, exact Furano drop-off address, passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.

The driver will monitor the flight when a valid flight number is provided. Free airport waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time. The driver will meet you at the confirmed airport meeting point with a complimentary name sign or provide detailed meeting instructions before pickup.

This is a one-way private transfer from Asahikawa Airport to the confirmed Furano service area. No guide or guaranteed English-speaking driver is included. Sightseeing stops, meal stops, shopping stops, and unconfirmed route changes are not included.

Please declare skis, snowboards, golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs, and other oversized luggage in advance. If the passenger or luggage quantity exceeds the selected vehicle capacity, a larger or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost and subject to availability.

Waiting beyond the included 90 minutes is charged at JPY 5,000/hour for vehicles up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000/hour for 18-seat vehicles and 44-seat buses. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee.

Travel time may vary due to traffic, heavy snow, icy roads, weather, road closures, or other winter driving conditions. For larger vehicles, pickup or drop-off may be adjusted to a nearby designated point if parking or stopping is restricted. Out-of-area drop-off requires advance confirmation and may incur an additional fee.
