**Kansai Airport Arrival (Pickup):** Our driver will meet you in the arrival area with a name sign. We will contact you via phone or WhatsApp before arrival and share driver photo and vehicle plate information. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time.

**Kansai Airport Departure (Drop-off):** We pick you up from your hotel or designated location in Osaka and transfer you directly to Kansai Airport. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. Please arrive at the meeting point on time to avoid missing your flight.
