Join us for a True New Orleans style brunch! The South is known for Brunch, so let us show you how it’s done in New Orleans. Bottomless champagne, mimosas, wine, beer, sodas, and water are included. In this hands-on class, we will be making some of our favorite recipes. You will work alongside of the Chef learning the best ways to cut and prep the Holy Trinity. We are the only Cooking School that does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends!
Once we all get settled in, we will wash our hands and put on our aprons. Prep work first, chopping Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic and peeling shrimp. After all the chopping, knives are put away the champagne starts to flow. Our first dish is the Shrimp and Grits, next up is the Eggs Benedict over a crab cake, and afterward we''ll teach you how to make praline bacon (pig candy). You will learn our secrets and tips to plating each dish as well as the history behind our dishes and their origins.
