2. Pick-up Confirmation Your exact pick-up time, location, and vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp or Viator message one day before the tour. We recommend using WhatsApp for faster and easier communication.

3. Pick-up Outside Jeju City An additional fee of KRW 70,000 applies for pick-ups outside Jeju City, including Seongsan, Aewol, and Seogwipo.

4. Special Pick-up Requests If your hotel is outside Jeju City or your group consists of 7–10 guests, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and arrangements.
