Pickup is directly at the cruise ship port in Hilo or at Hilo hotels. Please exit the ship and walk toward the main port entrance, where your driver will be holding a "Hawaii Island Insider Tours" sign near the designated pickup area. While boarding typically begins 30 to 45 minutes before departure, please don't worry if your ship allows passengers off at different times. We closely monitor the ship's arrival and will wait for all booked guests before departing. Whether you disembark at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM, we make sure every passenger is accounted for so no one gets left behind. If you have any trouble locating us, please call or text us directly. Comfortable walking shoes, water, and sun protection are recommended.
