Our Geiranger Kayak Centre is located on the sheltered, sunny side of Geiranger harbour at Homlong, which is the shortest paddling distance to the 7 sisters waterfall. It is just a few minutes from the town center and has free parking. Let our qualified guides lead you for a fun kayak adventure on the Geirangerfjord. We take you on a circuit past sheer cliffs and towards the ‘seven sisters’ waterfall view. Our stable kayaks are easy to paddle and turn so you can relax to enjoy the scenery. Past paddling experience is not necessary, but a lot of energy, enthusiasm and good humor are helpful.

Each individual cannot be more than 100kg, or have hips wider than 40cm, or be taller than 200cm. Anyone who cannot sit upright on the floor with their legs straight out in front of them (flexibility) will likely find this uncomfortable.

What you'll do

Experience the Geirangerfjord and its majestic waterfalls from sea level with a
small group of kayakers, accompanied by a guide. The Seven Sisters Tour starts at our Kayak Center at Homlong. We give you a safety briefing and fit you out with the paddling gear you will need. From there you paddle down the fjord until you reach the spot in between the famous waterfalls "The Seven Sisters" and "The Suitor" - a great place to capture the unique views of the fjord with a camera! Your guide will take good care of you and provide you with interesting facts about the Geirangerfjord and its surroundings. Trip duration varies depending on the paddlers in the group and the conditions on the day. It is normal that the tour takes anywhere between 3.5 to 4.5 hours.
