Full Day Middle of the World, Cable Car and Quito City Shared Tour

chincha Volcano, in an area of 160 hectares. The ride takes 15 minutes per way, starting at 3.045 meters (9,990 ft) and end up at 4.100 meters above sea level (12,500 ft). You will enjoy a beautiful view of the eastern valleys, old town, south and north of Quito.

Then we continue to the northwest of Quito to head the famous Intiñan Museum, geographically located at 0 degrees, 0 minutes and 0 seconds, that marks the division between the northern and southern hemispheres as established by the French Geodesic Mission in the Eighteenth Century. You will see beautiful displays of different ethnic groups in Ecuador, plus the story of their lifestyles, explained by a specialist tour guide! This is an opportunity to be photographed with both of your feet on the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time!

On the way back to Quito, you will see from the road the Equatorial Monument that was built between 1979 and 1982.

In the afternoon, we go to the colonial town of Quito, and during our nice walk, you will pass through the Independence Square, scenery of many dramatic battles of revolution in the history of the Republic of Ecuador.
