Fuji. Surrounded by pure natural water and the unique climate of the region, the brewery has continued to craft sake with respect for tradition, nature, and balance. Your guided visit begins with an introduction to the brewery’s history, philosophy, and the role of Mt. Fuji’s water and environment in sake production. Then, walk through the brewery to learn about the main steps of sake-making, including rice preparation, koji-making, fermentation, and pressing, while observing the tools and production areas used by the brewers. After the tour, enjoy a special tasting of selected Fuji Takasago sake, including varieties not usually offered during regular tastings. This gives you a rare chance to discover the brewery’s craftsmanship and unique flavors. Choose from two options. The standard plan includes the brewery tour and special tasting. The upgraded plan includes the same experience plus original Fuji Takasago souvenirs. After the tasting, you can visit the brewery shop and purchase your favorite bottles, including seasonal and limited selections.
