What you'll do

Meet at JR Sakaide station and walk with me to the dojo (10 minute walk)
We will enter the dojo and change into comfortable clothes. -Practice begins. -Preparatory exercises -We sweat profusely during basic practice. -We will learn traditional Japanese karate kata.　 -At the end of the training, they do kicks and thrusts to the sandbag. -Organizational exercises -Mental Unity Time -End of practice
