You'll learn how to choose, rinse, and cook the perfect rice, which is the foundation of delicious onigiri. Creating the perfect onigiri requires precise pressure to bind the rice without crushing it, a delicate process that is key to mastering the craft. You'll also delve into the art of making miso soup, beginning with preparing dashi from scratch. Finally, you'll beautifully pack your onigiri and miso soup into a bento box, creating a satisfying meal. With a small class size (up to 8 participants), you'll experience every step hands-on.
